October Blue offers door to door courier service in South Africa. In all major areas the delivery should take place within four to six days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Follow your parcels’ journey with the tracking number supplied to you, the day your parcel leaves us.

Our courier’s web address will be provided to track the courier delivering your parcel.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Clothing may be exchanged if the sizing is not spot on. You will however cover the cost of your exchange.
Please take note that the exchange will only be approved if the garment is in its original packaging with the tags still on. No exchange will be made if the garment has been worn or washed. The exchange should be made within one week of receiving your order. A refund will be made if we are not able to accommodate your exchange.
