Exactly to the day, a year ago I wrote my first blog post and so much has happened since then! I could never have survived this first year without the support of all my October Blue ladies. I salute you! Thank you for all the orders and taking a chance on me. (ABBA much?) I really get up and do a happy dance with every order that comes in! Promise, you can ask my kids!
In the pursuit of more treasures for my collection, I travelled to magical India. I found way more than just gorgeous textiles and garments. I was trapped in the devastating monsoon but I was blessed to be accompanied by women that inspired and motivated me to not give up on my October Blue dream. Their strength, courage, bravery and absolute dedication to living a meaningful life has forever changed mine. So ladies, hear me when I say we all have a mountain to climb so we might as well look good doing it, right!?
I am super excited to announce that in 2019 I will be adding some of my own designs to my collection. So keep an eye on my site for all the new goodies.
This December I will do my first market at Hartenbos from 12 December to 4 January 2019. If you’re in the area please pop in, I’d like to meet more of my tribe!
